01 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bajkk platform and its users. bajkk is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Key Definitions

The terms used in these conditions carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" — refers to bajkk's website, application and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on or using the bajkk platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile registered on bajkk where all funds and betting information are stored.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money" — actual funds deposited by the user that can be used for betting.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all services on bajkk, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games and any future services. In addition to these terms, bajkk's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy apply equally.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To create an account on the bajkk platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must open the account on their own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• A user may operate only one account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajkk reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents on time may result in the account being temporarily suspended. A government-issued ID or other acceptable document may be requested for identity verification.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated funds may be forfeited. bajkk verifies this based on IP address, device fingerprint and financial transaction data.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

The user is personally responsible for the security of their account. The following points must be strictly followed to keep the account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify bajkk support immediately.
• Exercise caution when logging in from public or shared devices.

3.1 Session Management

It is recommended that you always log out of your account after use. bajkk may automatically end a session after a prolonged period of inactivity.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajkk currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No other methods outside this list are currently available.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or additional security review is required.

4.4 Fund Verification

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bajkk is committed to preventing money laundering. bajkk reserves the right to notify relevant authorities if suspicious transactions are identified. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• ৳16,000 deposited → bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• A user may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• bajkk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• bajkk's decision on any matter relating to bonuses will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

bajkk's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback. bajkk will endeavour to give advance notice of any changes to VIP benefits.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Conditions

The following general rules apply when placing bets on the bajkk platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bajkk may settle the bet at the corrected odds.
• Bets that have been placed will remain valid if the internet connection is lost.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports. All betting rules are governed in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

The rules for live casino games and slot games are governed in accordance with the terms set by the respective game provider. bajkk does not determine game outcomes — this is controlled directly by the game engine.

6.4 Match Fixing & Manipulation

Betting on any event involving match fixing or manipulation is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the related bets will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajkk platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Hacking, phishing or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean funds from illegal sources.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bajkk's systems.
• Opening an account with false information or concealing your identity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajkk platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other materials — is the intellectual property of bajkk or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reproducing, modifying, distributing or commercially using any bajkk content without bajkk's written permission is strictly prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

bajkk endeavours to ensure maximum service uptime. However, bajkk will not be liable for disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues or third-party service failures.

9.2 Financial Loss

Online gaming carries financial risk. Users place bets at their own discretion and at their own risk. bajkk is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

9.3 Third-Party Services

bajkk is not directly liable for issues related to third-party service providers used on the platform (game providers, payment gateways, etc.), but is committed to providing every possible assistance.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure at User's Request

A user may contact bajkk support at any time to request account closure. Any remaining valid funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Account Closure by bajkk

bajkk may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information.
• If self-exclusion is active under the responsible gaming policy.
• If age verification cannot be confirmed.

10.3 Refund of Funds

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, bonus funds will be forfeited. However, actual deposited funds (not associated with a bonus) may still be payable, subject to the circumstances.

bajkk's policies will take precedence in the interpretation of these terms and conditions. Both parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

bajkk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or a notification will be displayed directly on the platform.

If a user continues to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published, they will be deemed to have agreed to the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly. If you object to any changes, you have the option to close your account.
